Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maisontecari.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Office - C1 - 1F - SF4925, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Cancellation Policy

All orders placed through Maison Tecàri are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

 

Due to the exclusive, limited-edition nature of our collections, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to secure the item you desire is to return the original piece. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Please note: Due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee availability of sizes or styles during the exchange window. We recommend acting promptly to avoid disappointment.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tecàri, we stand by the impeccable quality of our garments. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.


Condition of Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Our craftsmanship demands respect—please handle your Tecàri pieces accordingly.


Return Process:

Contact our support team at contact@maisontecari.com within 14 days to receive return authorization and instructions.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchange:

Exchanges for a different size are complimentary.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Please note: Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, returns are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our quality standards.

 

Maison Tecàri reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements.



Shipping & Costs:

Free shipping is provided on all orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Restocking Fees:

No restocking fees apply. Your satisfaction remains our priority.


Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or final sale items are excluded from returns and exchanges.
